Curtains
We guarantee manufacturing to a high level. We guarantee quality fabric. Some fabrics, like linens, have natural slubs and lines which are part of the fabric however if you feel the fabric is flawed we will require a photo of this or the goods returned to inspect. We will fix any issues and return the goods to you.
The curtains will be wrapped in long plastic bags and rolled to prevent creasing as much as possible however creases will occur and drapes need to hang for several weeks to fall out. Care is to be taken not to crease while installing.
Fabrics do move with atmospheric conditions. Some fabrics will drop slightly once hung.
