Delivery Policy

Curtains

Delivery is 4 weeks for custom made to measure, inverted pleat, lined drapes. We carry stock of all fabric to achieve this however occasionally the overseas mills we source from are temporarily out of stock and this could delay delivery. If this happens we will contact you immediately with the new estimated delivery and you can choose a refund or to wait.

Tracks & Rods

Delivery will be within 2 weeks unless we send these at the same time with your curtains.

Cushions

Delivery will be within 2 weeks as we do hold stock. If overseas mills are temporarily out of the fabric stock and we have sold out, we will inform you straight away with an estimated delivery and a choice of a refund or to wait. 

Bedding

Delivery will be within 2 weeks.

Wallpaper 

Delivery will be in 3-4 weeks depending on the paper.

Paint

Delivery within 1 week.

Rugs

Delivery within 1 week.
